Latino Civic Association of Tompkins County Celebrates 2026 Hispanic Heritage Month with a Full Schedule of Community Events! The Latino Civic Association (LCA) of Tompkins County is proud to announce its 2026 Hispanic Heritage Month celebration, featuring a series of engaging events throughout September & October. Now more than ever, building community is essential, and the LCA is dedicated to providing opportunities for social, cultural, educational, and civic connection for the Latine community and beyond. The LCA is an all-volunteer organization committed to serving the Latine community of Tompkins County by offering a platform for cultural expression and community engagement.
